Post-natal
Massage
Massage after the birth of your baby promotes
a speedy recovery and restoration of your body to its pre-pregnant
condition.
- Brings relief to sore muscles after the delivery
- Addresses the strains and stresses on the
body of carrying and caring for a newborn
- Helps to shrink the uterus and relieve scar
tissue

The body can take time to recover after giving
birth and it is often the case that focus gets shifted over to
the baby and the mother’s health is neglected. Taking some
time out to receive post-natal massage is can really make a difference
